Welcome back to another article of nintendo_gamer! Today we are going to be talking about how to use wireless headsets without Bluetooth. The Nintendo Switch does not support Bluetooth but the new 4.0.0 update allows headsets that use a USB dongle to provide the wireless capability. Since there is no Bluetooth, here is how you work the USB headset
Plug your USB dongle into one of the USB ports on the side of the dock. But what about when the switch isn’t docked? The Switch only has one USB port. If you really want to go completely wireless, you need a USB-to-USB-C connector.
First you Plug the USB-to-USB-C connector into the USB-C port on the bottom of the Nintendo Switch. Then you Plug the USB dongle for your wireless headset into the connector. It is much preferred and easier to use a headset docked though. Below is an example of a USB headset.
